My interests lie at the intersection of biogeochemistry and (geo)informatics, with a bent for open, collaborative approaches and tools heavily inspired by the open-source software community. My scientific research typically focuses on river carbon and nutrients, their sources, transformations, and exports to the coast; from regional to global scales. My web site has more information, if you’re still curious.

This blog will evolve gradually, as I find the time.
